Purpose of the role:
Enable business growth to capture China Deregulation wallet
Compliant to CBRC published Reg Reporting Standards
Strengthen Corporate Governance and incident management
Establish periodic review
Key Relationships / Interactions
Regulators
CFO/ Head of GBS
Finance function owners
GBS team leads
Business leads
Other Infrastructure group leads
Role Responsibilities:
Translate regulatory demand into process
Lead continuous improvement and process efficiency
Lead changes for regulatory reporting and incident management
Periodic review and control mitigation
Process KPI, KRI and governance
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates will ideally have previous experience or qualifications of one or more of the following:
University degree or above
Consulting experience or experience with foreign banks in China
Country Finance or Project & Change Management experience
Experience and knowledge of CBRC, PBOC and SAFE regulatory reporting requirements will be added advantage
Skills and Knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have experience in engaging senior management to drive change.
Language fluency in English and Mandarin
Experience in dealing with regulators
Experience in process re-engineering/driving process efficiency
Good team player with positive working attitude and strong experience in people management is required
