JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required: Excellent customer service skills. Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Professional appearance and demeanor. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift or push heavy boxes and push or pull heavy carts. High School diploma and equivalent. Ability to effectively communicate orally in Mandarin Chinese and/or Cantonese Chinese. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Preferred: Special Events, Front Desk, Casino Marketing, VIP Services or Table Games experience. Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
