Associate Finance Manager-Financial Reporting

Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, will be a place where friends and family can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort will include a park designed in the rich tradition of Disneyland theme parks around the world with the uniqueness and beauty of China, two themed hotels, a large retail, dining and entertainment venue and an array of recreation facilities. The resort will be located in Pudong, Shanghai and is targeted to open at the end of 2015. As we create this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape.   Responsibilities Typical responsibilities include completing recurring month/quarter/annual tasks, deliverables and financial reporting Analysis of month/quarter/annual financial reporting to executive leadership and corporate Analysis of month/quarter/annual special purpose reporting to meet external requirements, e.g. SASAC reporting, statutory reports and etc. Provide day to day financial analysis and accounting support to our Finance partners Assist the Finance Manager with overall support, guidance and leadership to the team Partner closely with the Finance Manager to lead various project initiatives Address business objectives and technical accounting issues in an effective and timely manner   Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance 5+ years working experience in related area Possesses accounting skills & knowledge, familiar with PRC GAAP  Detail oriented with ability to see the big picture  Strong analytical skills  Strong leadership and partnering skills Strong written and verbal communications skills. Strong computer skills including advanced Excel/PPT knowledge   Preferred Qualifications English Language skill in written and oral CPA or other equivalent certificate Master’s degree Familiar with US GAAP
