Customer Experience Specialist, Customer Support
Your job is the customer. You will have superior technical knowledge of both our products and operations, and will relentlessly aim to provide the best customer service there is.

Responsibilities

Being the voice of OnePlus and the main contact point for the customer as the company’s ambassador
Searching, identifying and solving customers’ hardware and software issues
Always aiming to exceed customers’ expectations
Planning for fluctuations in the number of customer enquiries
Analyzing relevant statistics, draw conclusions and implement solutions accordingly
Collaborating with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
A passion for helping people and making them smile
Fluent written and spoken English, with extra language skills being a plus
Cheerful attitude and calmness under pressure when things get rough
Flexibility and independency in problem solving
Former customer service experience, preferably within technology
