Edison Engineering Development Program Job (Shanghai, ShangHai, China)
EEDP is a two entry-level program consisting of four rotational assignments. Rotational assignments are engineering projects driven by real GE business priorities. These assignments may include experience in: systems, analysis, design, quality, reliability, integration, and testing. The program cultivates technical problem-solving skills via advanced engineering coursework, formal reports and presentations to senior leadership, in addition to valuable work experience.
Position Description:
EEDP's at Energy experience technically challenging rotations that are driven by innovation. Edison Engineers are currently working to develop expertise in the Power Generation Industry. EEDP assignments are key to GE's Ecomagination initiative. The core engineering skills gained in assignments are enhanced through advanced courses in engineering. Corporate courses are also provided. Experience and training combined with mentoring and guidance from assignment managers, prepares members with the technical skills and values needed to achieve a successful career in technology.
