Distribution Power-Senior Commercial Manager Job (Shanghai, Beijing, ShangHai, China)

Demonstrates accountability for broad company objectives related to the inquiry to order process within the assigned region or product line, focused on winning profitable & executable business.

The position includes the following responsibilities:

- Work with Regional Sales Leaders & Sales Managers to develop successful strategies in support of meeting and exceeding the Distributed Power Orders Plan for new power generation applications in the China, North Asia and adjacent regions of Asia.

- Provide leadership for preparing creative, timely and accurate proposals for new power generation applications with Gas Turbine and Reciprocating engine technologies including pricing, contractual services, compliance with governmental requirements, risk approvals, proposal assembly.

- Lead negotiations with customers and / or distributors for commercial, legal and technical aspects of new power generation offerings, coordinating with various functions as required and appropriate.

- Provide commercial leadership at Deal Reviews including risk assessment/mitigation, terms and conditions, financial analysis, and pricing strategy for both new unit and associated contractual services.

- Lead technical and commercial specification review and management of bid execution strategy

- Support handover meetings with OTR to accurately depict the As-Sold pricing and scope of supply.
