Essential Responsibilities: Define and execute portfolio and program analytics, data pulls, file generation, etc. to support all assigned marketing initiatives. Set up testing strategies and prepare results for in-store promotions, direct mail campaigns, email marketing campaigns, application contests or other marketing efforts. Analyze the portfolio to identify marketing opportunities and segmentation & targeting strategies. Drive process improvement in CRM system to support program execution and reporting/analysis. Assist marketing and client teams analytic requests and produce monthly dashboard reporting on performance. Manage workflow and on time delivery of all requests for reports, ad hoc analysis, program results, modeling, targeting and segmentation strategies. Work with Analytic leader to prioritize initiatives and manage expectations. Oversee and partner with offshore resources on program execution, backend analytics & reporting needs to meet client CTQs. Act as a statistical and analytic consultant for large-scale initiatives, providing guidance for the design, analysis, & measurement phases of the projects. Develop presentations and program report outs for marketing campaigns and initiatives including strategic recommendations and cost/benefit analysis and present to the client team.
