Regional Sales Director



Client overview
This is a Nasdaq listed hard ware company. 

Location:
Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing/Chengdu


Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all sales activities within the territory:
2. Executing the complete sales cycle, from generating sales leads, qualifying, till            negotiating and closing.
3. Recruit business partners within the assigned territory and create major growth in distributor sales.
4. Managing the business partner network.
5. Managing large accounts and verticals such as financial institutes, governmental offices, energy companies, healthcare etc.
6. Create demand by identifying high potential opportunities.
7. Establish and grow businesspreference with business partners.
8. Responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality & quantity targets.
9. Creating and responsible for annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan.
10. Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly & quarterly basis.
11. Manage the local technical team and distributor team including recruiting and managing staff, performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
Knowledge, skills & ability required


Requirements
a. The ideal candidate must come from the IT infrastructure segment, more specifically: ‘structured cabling’ business. Deep knowledge & selling experience in the structured cabling technology, DataCenters solutions and full understanding of the business environment & market.
b. Experience in leading and implementing sales initiatives, programs, incentive plans, and promotions.
c. A business leader: To lead and manage people and business activity.
d. Experience in recruiting partners and penetrating accounts within these market segments.
e. Experience at calling on multiple types of customers, at all levels of management, including distributors, end users, consultants, systems integrators, and contractors.
f. Experience in executing multi-channel strategies for diverse products, services and markets. Can discuss the benefits, risks, and considerations for several sales channels.
g. Excellent networking and presentation skills.
h. Managerial skills: team leading and motivation, interpersonal communication.
i. repsentable English in writing and speaking.
j. Located in Beijing, Shanghai, or Chengdu or Wuhan,
