Intern Responsibilities
 Support Associate Survey preparation and implementation; support department in survey follow-up like analyze survey result reports, moderate follow-up workshops for departments, coordinate company level improvement projects after the survey results are available
 Assist HR team in organizing events like Associate Development Event, Leadership Day, Career Talk, Diversity-Day @Bosch
 Support HR team in internal communication with associates and manage company communication channels, e.g. designing of communication posters or leaflets; proof-reading for the internal newspaper “Bosch Power”; planning and preparation of broadcasting materials for company TV
 Support managing diversity in Bosch Power Tools (China) and share diversity topics on Bosch intranet
 Assist in change management processes and leadership development activities; support workshops of the location like “change management”, “management dialogue”, “transition workshop”
 Support department in training organization, training course development as well as in internal trainer management
 Deliver training or workshops (e.g. deliver intercultural workshop as a trainer, German language learning organization for HR team)

Intern Requirements
 Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
 Good communication skills
 Intercultural life or work experience
