Contracts Manager (PRC station)

This Hong Kong developer with excellent market reputation has a portfolio of luxurious mixed-use assets spanning Hong Kong and the PRC. They are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to monitor their large mixed-use projects as well as their upcoming projects.

As Contracts Manager you will have a degree in Construction Management, Building Surveying, or Quantity Surveying. As you are familiar with construction costs and all facets of pre and post contract quantity surveying practice in both HK and PRC, you will be leading a dedicated team to assist the Project Managers to handle overall quantity surveying and contractual matters including preparation of budget estimation and closely monitor the budget cost.

For the success candidate you are required to have solid related working experience in mixed-use project in China preferably with property developer. Membership of relevant professional institutions is required and so does high level of integrity and discretion. Good communication, management, analytical & interpersonal skills would lead you down the path to success in this role.
