Job Description – Business Developer / Sales Manager

The position requires to work hand in hand with the CCO. This position merges sales, business development and public relations aspects.

Proactively generating opportunities for the company to provide the WeSmart platform in an increasing number of projects, focusing on Chinese customers
Representing the company on the Chinese business development side
Participating in events to represent the company and meet with potential customers to pitch the solution and generate opportunities
Organising sales meeting, carrying out the presentation of the WeSmart solution, following up with the negocation and the beginning of the project implementation
Managing prospects and opportunities in our CRM tool, following up on leads, preparing quotes and project proposals for each potential customer
Helping the team with additional tasks linked to business development and sales management, such as preparing presentations, participating in brainstorms, putting out good ideas to further promote our platform
Job Requirements

Business or Science Bachelor or above, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in B2B sales
Pro-active, goal driven, go getter & dynamic
Excellent fluent written and oral English & Chinese (French is a plus)
Adaptability skills to manage several tasks simultaneously
Rigorous mindset to track leads efficiently
Completely autonomous
Must be extremely interested by joining a start-up!
