HP Fairfield LLC and WH Rose a division of the Alamo Group serve municipalities and contractors throughout New England by helping them improve the safety and condition of roadways, airfields and public infrastructure through the sale, manufacture and custom installation of specialized work truck and related equipment.
We have a need for two Seasonal Heavy Equipment Installers at our Skowhegan, ME Location due to our continued growth.
Main Responsibilities:
You will work in a dynamic atmosphere where you will impact customers and help municipalities, as well as contractors, to fulfill their equipment needs. You will be performing installation work at the branch location consistently focusing on superior quality and performance.
Requirements:

- Understand Truck and Industrial Equipment Application
- Have Experience in Welding, Hydraulics and 12 Volt Electrical Skills
- Understand How to Troubleshoot Mechanical Problems
- Are a Self-Starter With Good Interpersonal Skills
- Must be able to lift 50 to 70 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience working as a municipal truck builder or similar occupation.
- Industry related experience in municipal, contractor, rental, farming equipment and heavy machinery.
