Business Development Manager

Our client is one of the international developers with world-class projects in luxury commercial and residential buildings. They are now looking for the Business Development Manager to join their North China Team to explore potential site acquisitions there. This position will be station in Beijing

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for market research, analysis, feasibility studies and explore potential site acquisitions especially in North China. You will assistant the senior management for the acquisition and development of land and property for investment or trade. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing business plans supported with feasibility studies and financial models in order to make recommendations on investment decisions. You will need to negotiate the best terms and arrangements for new investments to administrate on new acquisitions and disposals and also be the key person to communicate and keep good relationship with the local government to follow up the strategic corporation and business planning.

To apply this position, you need to hold the degree in Surveying or other related discipline with at least 10 experiences in property development. The qualified Professional General Practice Surveyor or equivalent is preferred. You should be strong analytical and have interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English &Chinese. This position required to station Beijing.
