· The Portfolio client is part of an Award-winning 5 star hotels and resorts group throughout the world. World class spa, dining and service.

· Top quality Food and Beverage outlets and Multi Functional Banqueting facilities and World Class Spa

About the Role:

· Managing a team and overlooking all areas of the Hotel's Culinary Department.

· Able to create and design new dishes and maintain the quality and standards set by the company.

What we're looking for:

· European background / training

· Attention to detail and creative

· Strong Knowledge and Experience

· Asian Experience would be recommended but not necessary

· 5 star Quality Hotel Background

· Solid Training skills and able to teach and encourage development within the team

· Hands on style management and envolved in operation

· Able to work efficiently, effectively and works well to deadlines

· At least 3 years experience as an Executive Chef
