[Full-time] Category Manager NEO Apparel Marketing at Adidas
Functional:
Contribute to the development of the product marketing plan and range built for NEO Global Apparel
Set targets to achieve NEO apparel goals for adidas China and Region Asia and manage the turnovers for the defined category product range
supporting the growth & expansion plan of adidas China for NEO beyond 1500 NEO stores
Monitor product financials (turnover, standard & go-in margin, SKU count, product efficiency, buying backlog) and initiate business development action
Define the category product range segmentation for the (sport) casual channel (focus on mono-branded franchisee retail) & sport casual target consumer(s) and develop fully-integrated sell-in packages
Oversee product process and coach team to correct range planning and process discipline
Analyze the consumer and market trends to improve the category product range and identify growth opportunities
Work with all relevant cross-functional personnel in product creation as the team captain and coordinator
Present category product range internally and externally to key partners

Net sales: Total Global NEP APP: 120 Mio Euro Net sales by 2016, Go-in margin: 65,4%, Waste Rate: max. 10%
