The Client:

International bank with its headquarters in Europe

The Role:

1. Perform industry/company research and credit analysis (financial analysis, financial forecasting, credit rating, risk analysis, profitably analysis, etc.)

2. Deal execution (liaise with Client and coordinate with Operations, Legal, Treasury, and product lines)

3. Support the Senior Banker Group in their commercial activity (marketing material, commercial action plan, client budget, client briefing memo, pitch book, call report, etc.), transaction origination (follow-up with product line) and coordination of credit and legal processes;

4. Develop the commercial banking activity with strategic clients in Asia (Corporate commercial loan, deposit, flow hedging and trade finance with business lines) by maintaining daily relationships with our clients;

5. Perform, manage and centralize client on-boarding processes within the Front Office for corporate coverage client.

Monitor credit:

Perform fundamental credit analysis in order to propose a credit rating and support the exposure requestPerform credit due diligencePrepare credit review for presentation to the credit committee co-chaired by CEO and head of riskPrepare and participate to credit committeeMonitor credit counterparty set up / review of a diversified portfolioEnsure the approved limits are properly followed (covenant)Communicate with credit risk department to better anticipate risk issues

Develop and maintain commercial activity in relation with senior banker:

BizCom preparation (ROE calculation…)Commercial loan origination and executionRevolving facilities management: monitoring utilization, interaction with client to optimize utilizationPush deposits (including account opening), hedging and trade financeVisit / Call clients and prepare call report, memo visitUpdate client monitoring systemManage follow up action planProvide commercial activity status to coordination (pipeline, cross sell, portfolio)Prepare marketing material and follow up support

Prepare legal documentation:

Liaise with clients and prepare draft (facility letter, loan agreement …)Ad hoc negotiation on standard templates (with client, legal, credit, sales, senior banker,  potentially operation)

Producing KYC documentation:

Follow / monitor / prioritize periodic review (including closing)Retrieve documentationManage pending issues with Compliance

Candidate Specification:

Good understanding of banking activities/products and client needsGood analytic skills and accounting/credit knowledgeGood written skills for company analysis reportStrong working initiative and teamwork spiritSales capabilityGood client relationship (preferred)Master degree education (preferred)CFA and CPA (preferred)Several years of banking experienceWell structured, organized and systematicGood communication and analytical skills in English
