Operations Management Leadership Program Member Job (Shanghai, ShangHai, China)

- Coursework includes: Negotiation Skills, Environmental Health and Safety, Supply Chain
Management, Sourcing Management, and Manufacturing Operations, etc. Members are
also certified in Six Sigma.

- Will have three or four job rotations during the two-year program. Possible job rotations
may include: leading a manufacturing team; improving efficiency of supply chain manage
-ment; supervising suppliers to hone product quality and negotiate price, etc.

- OMLP is designed to successfully integrate manufacturing with other key processes in GE.
Will involve in projects such as Process Management, NPI,etc.
