HR Specialist (m/w)

  Major Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison between employees, local management and Moscow Headquarter Implements HR Policies in correspondence with Moscow HeadquarterCreates job descriptions and job specifications for all positionsEstablishes a recruitment process (cooperation with external recruiters, conducting of job interviews, advising on the selection of suitable candidates) Maintains a payment plan and participates in job evaluations Ensures legal compliance and complies with local, state and federal laws and corporate policiesMaintains a compensation and benefits program and informs employees of benefits eligibleCompiles statistical reports concerning personnel related dataIdentifies training requirements and develops training programsRequirements: Academic degree or comparable education with a focus on HR, psychology or economics3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar positionEnglish and German oral and written, Russian would be an advantageProfound knowledge of Austrian employment lawExperience in recruiting and strategic personnel planningStrong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, hands on mentality Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multicultural environmentThe company offers a gross salary of € 46.000,- per year, additional payment depending on your qualifications, skills and professional experience.
