National Sales Manager

The position would directly report to W.H.T Greater China General Manager, below please refer to the job description:


Be responsible for sales & marketing activities in to the area. The main tasks are:
to achieve the established sales and profitability targets
to grow the existing business and look for new applications
Organize and implement the market analysis (customer, competitor and market trend analysis). Set the sales action plan for VS team by product line (inluding product mix and customer mix strategy)
Set sales target, forecast and breakdown by product, by customer, by industry segment, by geography
Sales team performance management and set the KPI accordingly ( weekly /monthly/ quarterly / yearly)
Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the team member and support the team members to achieve the sales target
Control and balance the sales cost budget, sales A&S cost and sales target realization
Management processes (Talent management, succession planning, budget etc.)
Support team success, through leadership, performance management and coaching.

6~10 years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales Supervisor role.
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, preferably with an MBA (English).
Strong technical knowledge about products, applications, company and Business system.
Possess high level of self-motivation and commitment.
Good cross functional networking and teamwork skills.
