Dealer Sales Job (Taiyuan, ShanXi, China)

1. Minimum 2 years relevant healthcare industry experience or minimum 3 years customer management experience
2. Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of account management/development experience.
3. A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a desire to grow new business
4. Experience understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies (knowledge of the existing account areas/channels would be advantageous).
5. Excellent interpersonal skills including, team working skills and good communication skills
6. Persistence and tenacity in developing prospects and customers, and able to close business
7. Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills
8. Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload
9. Ability to communicate using English (or local language)

Quality Specific Goals:

1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
