EHS Manager Job (Beijing, BeiJing, China)
- The EHS Manager will be part of the site management team and support, advise and facilitate the EHS activities on site level.
- Develop and update EHS programs and procedures for Project and Field Services, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and GE requirements
- The position is a unique opportunity to interact and support in all level of EHS management at the site. As well as cooperation across functions at the site, region and country.
- Perform site EHS audits on GE or Customer request
- Investigate safety/environmental incidents, conducting root cause analysis and drive implementation of corrective actions
- Liaise with government agencies, advocacy groups and customers on EHS
- Coordinate OTR EHS risk assessments, propose and implement improvements for the sites, region and country
- Evaluate EHS risk prior to projects/services start to ensure GE employees and contractors are working safe and in compliance
- Coordinate and provide training for GE Renewable China employees
- Work with Global team to develop a strong EHS culture and work together to improve GE's EHS standards
