Succeed in implementation transformer manufacture to ensure customers’ satisfaction and achieve budget targets without test failure.
To accomplish the manufacture of transformers on schedule in conformity with the quality requirement and control the working hours to ensure the delivery time.
To operate and maintain the related equipment correctly in order to maximize equipment availability.

Responsibilities:
1- Production
To execute production activities within the limits of EHS regulations, Technical Drawings, Norms and Standard Times in order to maximize Quality/Cost/Delivery achievements.
To manufacture on time with no test failure, minimize waste and defective products, as well as costs.
2- Production Planning
To execute production activities according to standard times and scheduling and make coordination in order to provide on-time delivery of transformers in monthly production planning
3- Maintenance
To work with the maintenance department in order to execute periodic maintenance and maximize the availability of machinery.
4- Environmental Health & Safety
Implement production activities with respect to EHS activities in the production in order to secure safety regulations and environment
5-Receive Training
To be trained continuously according to company's requirements to improve the flexibility.
