[Full-time] Sales Engineer-Oil & Gas Industry at Alfa Laval
§ To develop and maintain customers, search and collect project information in Crude oil production, drilling, and offshore engineering. Understand the customer needs and provide solutions;
§ To promote AL’s products to Oil & Gas, including off-shore engineering industry;
§ Define sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager;
§ To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel;
§ Sell AL products via channel or directly to customer;
§ Coordinate with central Oil & gas technical team for international projects, product adaptation, and engineering assistance;
§ Establish and maintain an effective sales channel;
Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job:
Knowledge:
§ 3+ years sales experience in Oil & Gas and off-shore engineering industry;
§ Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Power etc.
Skills:
§ Fluent written and spoken English;
§ Good interpersonal communication.
§ Cross-cultural awareness.
§ Have large project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability;
Attitude:
§ Maintain a stable performance under pressure.
§ Customer-orientation and effective communication.
§ Willing to travel;
Motivation:
§ Is driven by delivering good sales performance, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
