Job Title: MANDARIN speaking OPERATIONS MANAGER
Skills: Fluent Mandarin, operations management experience.
Salary: £30k+
Location: Quanzhou, China
Status: Permanent.

Our UK client has production sites in Quanzhou, China and is looking for a dedicated, hard working and experienced Operations Manager.

You will:

• be a self-driven, confident personality, with an assertive management style.
• be resourceful to keep projects on track and on schedule
• show initiative to overcome any set-backs or delays
• have the tenacity to effectively run many different projects simultaneously
• have excellent organisational, sourcing and management skills to steer projects through to completion
• ideally have a technical understanding of furniture construction and production methods, to ensure that new products meet all the requirements, at the first attempt.
• have proven negotiation ability, supplier management skills.
• be able to liaise between the Chinese manufacturing facilities and the UK head office on a daily basis.
• be fluent in both Mandarin and English.
