Sales Manager
Job description:
Report China country director, Manages regional sales of the company’s products and services within the territory. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short, medium and long term sales and earnings.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all sales activities in the China territory:
o Executing the complete sales cycle, from generating sales leads, qualifying, till negotiating and closing.
o Recruit distributors/business partners within the assigned territory and create major growth in distributor sales.
o Managing the business partner network.
o Promote and specify products to current customers as well as prospective customers within assigned territory.
o Managing large accounts and verticals such as financial institutes, governmental offices, energy companies, healthcare etc.
o Create demand for products by identifying high potential opportunities.
o Establish and grow preference with business partners.
o Meeting sales targets.
• Responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality & quantity targets.
• Creating and responsible for annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan.
• Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly & quarterly basis.
• Manage the local technical team and distributor team including recruiting and managing staff, performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
