An Exciting new opportunity has presented itself for a Maintenance and reliability Manager for a leading elevator company. The role is based in Hong Kong.


As the successful Maintenance manager you will be responsible for the following.


  • Review and drive maintenance processes and standards to ensure reliability targets for the portfolio are met

  • Systematically identify failure trends across product lines and regions and deploy appropriate solutions

  • Devise and deploy appropriate methods and processes to ensure new units placed in service meet reliability expectations

  • Assist OC staff in deploying appropriate problem solving methodologies to “fix it right first time” and avoid sick units

  • Train and coach OC personnel to systematically analyse call back data and execute appropriate actions

  • Drive the regular reviews of reliability data and sick unit meetings in each OC

  • Set reliability budgets in conjunction with OC management to achieve improvements year-on-year

  • Identify systematic areas of quality and component failure and provide appropriate feedback to the responsible party

  • Assist OC’s to achieve financial objectives through efficient resource deployment and cost effective reliability solutions

Requirements


  • You must have a Degree( preferably Engineering)

  • Minimum 5 years Lift industry experience with a solid grounding in maintenance methodologies
