QA/QC Inspector -Construction

Our client is one of Hong Kong listed leading developer with different business span across Asia. They are currently looking for QAQC Inspector to join their team and support their project in Mainland China.

Scope of Major Duties:

• Assist project site team to secure the construction quality could achieve design standard and relevant national and local standard/code/regulation, to establish a comprehensive QAQC procedures for construction works, including review and comment on the QAQC organization, work flow, standard inspection forms, inspection procedure (frequency, critical portions and critical periods) etc.,
• Establish data base for QAQC inspection; summarize the common problems, caused reasons and effective remedial procedures implemented by contractor/fabricator.
• The major tasks for the QAQC inspector include the following 4 aspects:
Document Inspection
Construction Quality Inspection
Constructability Inspection
Site Staff Training

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience with strong construction experience and PRC project experience,
• Experience in project management and in contractor preferred,
• Solid experience in large mixed use development project is required,
• Solid site experience is an advantage,
• Has experience in overseeing a project construction from commencement to completion is a plus
• Good knowledge of structural engineering and design,
• Able to work independently and with high demand to construction quality,
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin,
• Driven, knowledgeable, organized with strong leadership skills and eagerness to succeed,
• PC Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project).
