Senior Mechanical Engineer

One of the international property investor is looking for the Senior Mechanical Engineer for the new commercial project in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project development from inception to completion
• Coordinating and liaising with in-house departments, consultants, contractors for design management and construction management.
• Ensure all design, construction, budget and material selection meet the quality and company requirements
• Organize inspections with relevant government departments
• Co-operate with Leasing Department for the introduction of E&M system to tenants / buyers
• Co-ordinate with tenants / buyers for interfacing E&M system to main system

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related discipline
• Over 5 years of solid working experiences especially with property developer or consulting firms.
• Previous experiences in China property development is an added advantage
• Good communication skill and excellent command of English and Chinese
• Station in Shanghai is required
