You will:

• 
  

  Act as the first point of contact for international clients, digital platforms and digital talents

  
  


• 
  

  Establish and build client relationships through the delivery of consistently high quality projects across the digital spectrum

  
  


• 
  

  Take overall responsibility for the Shanghai office, including the development of the corporate culture and attracting the best Digital Talents to join the company

  
  


• 
  

  Managing the delivery of projects, including setting and reviewing KPIs

  
  


• 
  

  Work directly with leading Chinese Digital platforms, ensuring the efficient role out of campaigns

  
  


• 
  

  Work from client budgets to structure work between internal and freelance talents in an efficient and cost effective manner

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with Head Office on a regular basis, reporting on budget and recent activity

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Shanghai office, including but not limited to: facilities, IT, compliance, payroll and authorities

  
  

Your skills:

• 
  

  Excellent working knowledge of digital platforms and content, ability to consult with clients on the opportunities and challenges that face China facing marketing departments

  
  


• 
  

  Keen to learn and expand experience to include GM responsibilities

  
  


• 
  

  Naturally inquisitive about technology, lifestyle trends and different cultures

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to inspire and supervise the best Digital Talents in the market

  
  


• 
  

  Fluency in English and Mandarin
