Translator China, able to translate betwee Russia and Chinese

My client is a well established shipyard which has been working with the majority of the rig/ship owners worldwide.
Due to project requirement,they are looking for an experienced translator who is able to translate between Russia and English. Candidate who has experience working in shipyard is most preferred.
The working location for this job is in North China.
