Responsibilities

You will work in the international M&A Legal team as a core member to support and advice on international M&A deals, you will responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of overseas M&A transactions, in the same time, you should manage and liaise with outside counsel as required.

Requirements

To consider this role, you should be a qualified PRC lawyer with 5-8 yrs post qualification experience focusing on international M&A transaction and on US public market are added advantage, you are required have excellent spoken and written English and we hope you are open-minded, proactive, have strong legal analytical skills and have good business sense.
