[Full-time] Sales intern at True Run Media

Founded in 2001, True Run Media is a top provider of information about living, working and having fun in the internationally-minded community centered in China’s major metropolitan cities. True Run currently publishes three magazines in print and online – theBeijinger, beijingkids and JingKids (Beijing and Shanghai).


The Sales Intern is responsible for supporting Food and Beverage Account Executives and with daily client communication, production work and managing online advertising system and give online analysis report to sales manager.


销售实习生帮助负责餐饮的客户主任进行每日客户沟通,日常工作和管理线上广告,为销售经理提供线上分析报告


Responsibilities
1. Review all draft contracts and provide a final copy to the Sales Manager for final signature
2. Input all contract information into sales database, and coordinate with finance department to update and verify payment collection in the sales database.
3. Manage all digital copy of sales contracts for the account executives.
4. Helping to communicate with clients to arrange client’s visits and/or client’s meetings to build relationship with those clients.
5. Assistance for advertising production work including communication with advertisers to collect advertising materials and let clients confirm the ad design.
6. Helping sales to issue the invoice, send to clients to push and collect advertising fee
7. Managing online ad booking and actual ads loading.
8. Running brand related academic education programs with customers to establish and maintain company’s image and reputation. Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge of TRM and competitive products.
9. Implementing company brand strategies.
10. Weekly forecasting and reporting on progress to online established goals.
11. Help the account executives to achieving annual and quarterly sales target within a given cost budget.
职责:
1.检查所有起草的合同提供最终版本给销售经理批示
2.在销售数据库中维护所有合同信息,和财务部协调更新和确认付款进度
3.为客户主任管理所有电子版的销售合同
4.和客户沟通安排客户拜访/或者客户会议,维护良好的客户关系
5.协助完成广告的制作,包括和广告商沟通收集广告所需材料并且和客户确认广告的最终版本
6.帮助销售开具发票,并发给客户收回广告费
7.管理线上广告预定和实际广告的发布
8.为客户运营和品牌相关的学术教育项目,建立和维护公司形象和名誉,发展和维护高质量的公司产品信息和有竞争力的产品。
9.执行公司品牌策略
10.每周预测和汇报业务目标完成情况
11.在既定的预算范围内帮助客户主任完成年度和季度销售目标


Requirements
Fluency in Chinese communication skills and comfortable with English;
Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel;
Has a cheerful demeanor;
Is a great team player;
Self-driven, creative, hard-working and is a quick learner;
Performs well under pressure;
Optimistic and open to challenges.
