Project Manager – Architecture

The client is a well established property developer listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. To cater for expansion, the are looking for Project Manager – Architecture to join their project management team to take care of the mix-used projects in China. This position will required to station in China.

Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall project management of the mix-used projects including hotel, retail, commercial buildings and residential buildings. You will also be in charge of monitoring the local project team, supervising contractors and monitoring overall work progress, quality and costs.

Requirement

To qualify for this role, you have to be a Degree Holder in Architecture or related disciplines. You will have a minimum of 10 years working experience in the field of property development; preferably have previous experience managing large-scale projects in China. You will be familiar with PRC rules and regulations and be able to handle local staff and contractors. This position requires to station in China.
