Construction Manager

My client who is the top developer in Hong Kong is looking for the construction manager for their projects in China. This position will be station in South China and responsible for a complex building with Hotel, Shopping Mall, commercial buildings and apartments.

Responsibilities

As the construction manager, you will manage the performance of Consultants and Contractors on site. You need to coordinate with internal divisions and relevant parties in time control and quality control of assigned projects. Also you will supervise and lead site teams consisting of staffs in the architectural, structural and building services disciplines. Monitoring the progress of site works of assigned projects is your responsibility as well.
You will ensure the construction projects are completed on time within budget, to the appropriate quality standards, and in compliance with safety requirements

Requirements

To apply this position, you must have degree in Construction Management or related disciplines with minimum of 10 years’ experience in developer or consultancy firms especially in large scale projects experiences. You should have solid previous experience in liaising with consultants, contractors and local government officials and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
