Senior Planning Manager - Shandong

Location: Shandong, China
– Minimum 15 years experience
– Experience in Planning Packages
– P6 necessary
– Knowledge of written and spoken Mandarin a must due to the high frequency interaction with local Chinese staff and clients
– LNG experience would be ideal

1. This person will be part of the Project and COMPANY Senior Management Team.
2. This is a key strategic position within the Project Organization and will also be involved in supporting the Business Development team on future Bids.
3. The candidate must speak fluent English and Mandarin due to interaction with clients and staff.
4. The candidate will be responsible for all activities of Planning & Scheduling across the Project and will report directly into the Project Director with a matrix link to the Deputy General Manager for Business Development.
5. The candidate with have full responsibility for the management and development of the Planning and Scheduling Project and Company Team.
6. Responsible for all activities of Planning & Scheduling.
7. Implementation of Project Management Standards.
8. Professional development of the Planning Department.
9. Candidate to ideally have around 20 years of experience in scheduling, progress monitoring and project reporting on EPC Projects within the Oil and Gas Industry.
10. Excellent knowledge in the use of planning software, preferably P3/P6
11. Several years of amangement experience
12. Degree level educated
