Responsibilities


• Lead and conduct internal investigations relating to alleged violations of the company Code of Business Conduct (and other policies and procedures) for all business operations in company China.
• Lead and conduct all investigations for alleged or identified potential violations, including cases identified from compliance monitoring program.
• Assist HQ Investigation Team to conduct interviews of alleged potential serious violations.
• Provide investigation/violation trend analysis and findings, identify improving areas in the company’s policies, procedures, and training as well as compliance enforcement in business operations to improve compliance work in China.
• Develop expertise and skills to improve investigation efficiency and quality.

Requirements


• Bachelor degree or above in Law or Finance/Accounting;
• Ideally the candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or health care industry. Or, worked in law firm as consultant or legal expert for forensic or investigation services.
• Fluent in English and Chinese mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Self-motivated, ability to manage complexity and challenge work under pressure.
• Strategic thinking and strong leadership.
