[Full-time] Procurement Manager at Pedro House FZC

A well-established international group of companies with headquarters in the Middle East engaged in the Oil & Gas industry is looking for a successful candidate for the new representative office located in the downtown of Shanghai.

Requirements:

· 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas equipment procurement: OCTG products, Carbon and Stainless Steel, Duplex/Super Duplex pipes, tubing and casing; flanges and valves

· Advanced negotiation skills, strong oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
· Having an existing database of the suppliers
· Technical knowledge in Oil and Gas
· Familiar with Tender documents
· Drafting Commercial quotations in compliance with Tender documentation
· Degree in Engineering or previous experience working with Steel products
· Good knowledge of relevant international standards, ex. API, ASTM, ISO etc.
The job includes visiting factories, arranging QC, drafting commercial documentation, negotiating with suppliers both technical and commercial issues.
The candidates with good knowledge of Petrochemicals will have an advantage
