Our client is looking to hire a senior professional to lead and expand their destination services and relocation departments in order to match the fast growing DSP service demand from global GMS Companies. This opportunity is based in Shanghai, China. The Relocation & Destination Services Director will be responsible for building and developing a destination services department. Responsibilities:

  Manage a team of 10+ individuals

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain excellent relationships with leading destination service providers

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the Business Development team to develop client relationships

  
  


• 
  

  Help the company to develop and design DSP service processes, procedures and service policy

  
  


• 
  

  Work with company’s IT team to develop the whole DSP management system

  
  

  Job Requirements:

  
  

• 
  

  Over 5+ years experience working within the relocation/destination services industry

  
  


• 
  

  Successful track record in partnering and developing relationships with leading destination service providers

  
  


• 
  

  Must have previous experience leading and managing a team of 10+ individuals

  
  


• 
  

  Passionate, ambitious and career oriented

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience of managing different suppliers in other cities outside of Shanghai, China

  
  

  This role will require some travel across Asia
