We are looking for a Modern Languages Teacher to work in a prestigious top tier school based in Shanghai, China, predominantly covering French and Spanish from Key Stage 2-IB. The post would suit a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (MFL) with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience. The position is based in a UK curriculum school therefore applications will only be considered from teachers who possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Post are offered on a 2 year renewable contract basis.

Candidate Requirements

The successful Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (MFL), must meet the following criteria:

• Must have 2 years experience of teaching the UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 3 and GCSE.


• MUST be a qualified teacher with a recognised teaching qualification and be able to deliver good to outstanding lessons


• Must be an innovative, creative teacher


• Have a positive can do attitude with lots of enthusiasm


• Have a drive to succeed
