Program Manager - SAP ERP Deployments Job (Shanghai, ShangHai, China)

Essential Responsibilities ERP Program Manager - with responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

IT program leadership for SAP ECC
6.0 ERP initiatives by driving on-time and quality project deliverables.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Lead Migration and sunset of various legacy ERP systems
Partners with functional teams, manufacturing sites, and business process leaders (BPL's) to identify and execute on opportunities for ERP improvements, enhancements, standardization and simplification.
Monitor compliance of information flows and data stores against standards.
Measure and report to management on the progress of ERP deployments.
Ensure ERP training and consulting services to others in the organization.
Ensure completion of HPPPM (project management methodology) components/materials including: tollgate reviews, design reviews, code reviews, detailed functional specifications, UI Specification, detailed technical design documents and risk assessments.
Leverage ERP SAP Solution Center templates, toolkits, best practices and strategies
Manage service level agreements for both project and support contracts.
Manage General Development Contractor resources and teams
Establish ERP priorities and develop strategy and plan. Align business clients, Technical groups and colleagues on initiatives and approach and roles, using CAP tools and techniques.
Responsible for driving Data Quality through implementation of tools.
Manage program / project financials.
Must be able to work across multiple product lines and business functions, timezones, setting client expectations and delivering on them.
Partner with business clients to LEAN & simplify Business Processes. Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Engineering Mandatory
Strong Project Management and PMO skills and experience
SAP ECC ERP Project Management and implementation experience
SAP ERP functional tool experience with strong business acumen
Strong Facilitation and Meeting management skills
ERP Data Migration experience
ERP Data Interfacing & Integration experience
Experience working in a global environment with offshore teams
Understanding of commercial, financial, human resources, sourcing, supply chain, projects, services, quality, and engineering/technology/PLM business areas
Backoffice Associates Cransoft Tool Suite experience / knowledge
Microsoft Project experience
Previous consultant leadership experience
Strong analytical skills, oral & written communication skills, user interaction and worked in On-site Off-shore model
Green Belt Certified using Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive change
ITLP Graduate
