Lead Development Spec_ Contractor
Job Duties:
1. Generate and develop leads for the sales channel through the execution of relevant marketing programs.
2. Leverage demand creation efforts to identify prospect needs for MGC products and service opportunities. --Demand creation efforts include: specific marketing campaigns and events; MGC website; and tradeshows etc. --Targeted investigations to identify potential prospects through various media.
3. Actively participate with the sales channels in relevant annual, quarterly, and weekly business planning activities to include: updates, status, and follow-up.
4. Extract and document prospect information in order to share with the appropriate sales channels and with marketing.
5. Transfer qualified leads to sales channels.
Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree or above with EE or Telecommunication or Semiconductor or computer technology background
*Proficiency in basic secretarial skills such as communication skills etc.
*Take initiatives and self-motivated; have good working attitude; hardworking
*Good interpersonal and communication skills
*Possesses a high level of initiative
*Takes responsibilities in job assigned and fulfillment
*Good command of English in both handwriting and oral communication
*Team work spirit
*3-5 years related working experience
