Sr Sales Account Manager


Responsibilities
• Establish sales forecast; qualify strong sales lead and pipeline with current and potential clients and timely follow up on leads
• Initiate and manage entire sales cycle, and be the focal point in all relations with a perspective client
• Achieve defined sales targets, execution of sales strategies and effectively follow through sales action plans as established
• Diligently plan appointments with appropriate parties of our potential and current clients and introduce proposals for a demonstration of company’s products, services and solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and service agreements with new and existing clients, following guidelines by management and per company’s policy.
• Engage in market research and build perspective client profiles with respect to their current systems, potential future software investments and strategies, and key decision makers.
• Perform competition analysis with respect to strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and threats. Understand competitor’s landscape and ascertain strategy and business case
• Build long-term relationships and referrals with senior managers, officers, and key opinion leaders in the banking and financial services sectors.
• Perform such other duties, functions and services, consistent with status or vocational ability, as may from time to time be required.

Skills and Qualifications


• Sales and Commercial skills: 5 -10 years’ notable sales experience – Proven track record and results in business development and sales achievements within the same domain in banking and financial services sectors. Possess strong business acumen and commercial sense.
• Sales eloquence & Communication: Possess eloquence in sales delivery and presentation skills Demonstrate good communication & inter personal skills with crisp product and business knowledge to establish interest, trust and credibility.
• Business & Technical skills: Understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office), IT processes and implementations from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Educational & Proficiency level: Preferably a university education in relevant business/ sales disciplines.
• Languages: Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Attribute: Resourceful, Self-starter, Independent & Self-motivated, Ambitious, Collaborative, Organised, Focused, Team-player
