[Full-time] Application Consultant at Bayer

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage production application projects in time, in budget and with
quality and security.
- Provide runtime support to production system by fulfilling SLA and
security requirement.
- If the project or system is GXP or ICS related, fullfill GXP or ICS
process in both project management and runtime support.
- Develop production runtime support working instruction to match the
required SLA, GXP and security. Follow the working instruction strictly
in daily work to achieve the SLA, GXP and security requirement.
- Cooperate with the counter parts in plant, IT security and IT demand
to achieve end-to-end success for both project management and runtime
support.

WHO YOU ARE
- University degree or comparable education
- >8 years professional experience
- 2 year experience in .Net, BI and database development
- 5 year experience in IT application project management
- 4 year experience in managing plant IT system, preferably in
pharmaceutical company.
- Solid knowledge in managing GXP system and project. Inside view of
the processes and documents required by GXP.
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Solid communication skills (presentation, interpersonal relationship
building)
- Proficient English writing and good English speaking
