who will promote the further development of its R&D activities as part of a 2 to 3 year assignment followed by continued employment in Germany.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic orientation of the China Technology Center and the management of a team of 20 highly qualified development professionals.Development of new technologies and continuous optimization of Designs including Verification of solutionsCooperation with other departments to ensure smooth running of modifications to continually improve the quality and performance of the macchines.Technological contact for strategically important customers, participation in working groups and responsible for international coordination;Conceptual development and implementation, while ensuring competitive, sustainable development structures and processes.Analysis of market, competition and development trends and their translation into technological concepts.As a member of the company management team you will be co-responsible for achieving the R&D targets, with dual reporting to the Head of Research & Development in Germany and the General Management in China.View the original article here
