[Full-time] Manufacturing Controller at SKF
To drive factory financial process optimization and standardization for productivity and efficiency improvements.
To work closely with factory controller on business plan, forecast and investment processes, Cascading best practices across units.
To facilitate accounting and reporting in factories, contribute on accurate and timely closing.
To work closely with central finance team to support factory on financial related system implementation and system optimization.
To support factory on financial performance analysis, give early warnings and work with factory controllers on proposed solutions.
Job Requirements :
5-10 years controlling / accounting / commercial environment.
Good knowledge of SKF common systems and business model.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external parties.
Interested in driving changes towards Business Excellence.
Good command of PC skills and reporting.
Good command of English.
Fluent Chinese Mandarin.
