One of the Prestigious Developer is looking for Assistant Interior Design Manager to be responsible for it’s large shopping center in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

As the assist manager, you will monitor and coordinate with external design consultants to produce suitable design and also check design detail drawings including selection of materials and make recommendations. You will support the process of tendering and provide recommendation for award as well as contract administration. You will be responsible for the site interior works and need to handover of premises including monitoring of defect rectification as well.

Requirements:

To apply this job, you must have university / Polytechnic / Design Institution qualification in Interior Design or equivalent qualification with more than 8 years’ relevant experience in retail / commercial project design with major developers / consultants. You must be innovative, creative and possess strong design skills
You need to have good CAD and Photoshop presentation skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is also a must.
