Project Manager (M&E)

This is a Singapore based property investment company with its core business in Property Investment in Residential and commercial buildings. Their recent expansion in China has created the new opportunities for the competent candidate to join their group for their existing and incoming projects in Shanghai, and other South China Area.

Responsibilities:

As a person who is in charge of the M&E side, you will be responsible for all the MEP related works in project development from inception to completion. You must ensure all design; construction, budget and material selection meet the quality and company requirements and also monitor and coordinate with external consultancy and contractors.

Requirements:

To apply this job, you must be a degree holder in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related discipline with over 10 years of solid working experiences especially with property developer or consulting firms. Your previous experiences in China property development is an added advantage. You also need to have good communication skill and excellent command of English and Chinese. This position must be station in Shanghai or South China. The candidate with less experience could be considered as Assistant Manager
