M&E Manager

Our client, one of the most well established property group covering Hong Kong, PRC and all over the world, with main business in Property Development earned with a name in managing a wide portfolio of development projects, is looking for a talented M&E Manager to be responsible for a large mixed use project in China, based in Beijing/Shanghai/Hangzhou and other 2-tier city in China.

Responsibilities

As M&E Manager you will provide full range of support to management in overall M&E related, monitoring and management of high-end property development projects, including cost control, administration, quality control and construction management. You are required to assist the liaison and collaboration with consultants and relevant government departments to achieve development objectives.

Requirements

To be qualified, you need to be a Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, with min 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years solid experience of mixed use projects in China. You should be able to review and work with drawings, reviewing the right technologies and techniques, quality checking. You should have good command of both English and Mandarin. Professional qualifications are preferred.
