[Full-time] Distribution Development Officer at SKF

1. To proactively initiate and implement related channel development and management projects
2. To support in initiatives for SKF distribution business growth
3. To support on improving Industrial Distributors' efficiency and competitiveness
4. To support in improving internal and external processes to cooperate with Industrial Distributors
5. To participate actively in all quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
6. Be responsible of other tasks assigned by function head.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering, business administration or equivalent
2. Strong business and marketing sense
3. Good project management skill
4. Preferably has 3 year experience with industrial commercial organization
5. Preferably with experience in E-commerce business
6. Be familiar with industrial distribution business model
7. Good skills in planning and organizing
8. Able to communicate effectively to draw support from related stakeholders
9. Good planning, interpersonal and communication skills
10. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
11. Good communication skills
