Area Channel Sales Manager Job (Shanghai, ShangHai, China)
- Manage and build up distributors in his region including daily sales work management, business plan, pipeline management conflict management, provide technical support etc.
- Follow up key customers and project .have powerful sales capability to deal the whole sales process.
- Understand the products, applications and technologies of GE pressure products, provide competitive products or solutions to meet customers' request.
- Organize customer's events to promote GE products. Support marketing programs, strategies and New Product Introduction (NPI)- BSc. Degree or above in process control, Automation or Instrumentation.
- Above 5years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the sales of pressure instrument experience .
- Background of similar products experience or segment experience would be advantage.
- Results-oriented, good communication, be motivator, self-starter and dedicated team player. Can work and perform well under pressure.
- Can business travel frequently
- Good English communication skill in both oral and written English.Additional Eligibility Qualifications: - Proven analytical ability - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
